The price you pay for your goods is the price advertised when you place your order.
If a product is shown on the web site but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Azure Pools and Hot Tubs shall not be obliged to sell you that product
All orders for products are subject to availability and Azure Pools and Hot Tubs reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
Delivery Procedure
We ask for your telephone number in case there is either a problem with processing your payment or a problem with locating your property for delivery. If goods are returned to us because our courier cannot locate your property and you have not given us a telephone number to enable us to contact you, then you will be responsible for the direct cost of that return and also for the additional cost of resending the goods to you. This charge is currently £10 per order.
Delivery charge of £10.00 is added to the total order at the checkout. For delivery to Scotland or Ireland please contact us for a quote.
Stock Availability
We hold extensive quantities of stock. Delivery is generally as follows, with all timescales for delivery quoted from receipt of order:
Most will be despatched within 48 hours, and received within 5 working days. Occasionally orders may take up to 10 days, unless a 'Next Working Day' delivery option is selected.
Return of damaged, faulty or wrongly ordered goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and return faulty goods so replacement can be despatched. If you do not want the faulty goods replaced then we will issue you a full refund.
Should we inadvertently despatch the wrong goods, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem at no additional cost to you. We will collect the wrongly sent goods and we will either send the correct goods or give you a full refund.
A 7 day cooling off period will take effect from the day after you receive the goods. In this time if you find that the goods are not suitable for your use then please notify us and we will arrange to collect the goods and arrange for a full refund within 30 days. We may need to charge carriage in this case and we will be happy to quote should this situation arise.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds and Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order up to 3 working days after receipt without giving a reason. We will either make collection arrangements or you can return unused goods to us for a refund. Should we need to arrange for collection, a charge will need to be made to recover our carriage cost. Collection charges only apply to unwanted goods and faulty goods. |
