Verification of billing information, shipping address and credit card approval will be required prior to the acceptance and shipping of any order.
Azure Pools and Hot Tubs reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Azure Pools and Hot Tubs do not express or imply any warranty.
Azure Pools and Hot Tubs expressly disclaim liability for injury or loss arising from the use or inability to use an item sold by us.
Our only obligation in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied is to replace any item proved to be defective.
The customer is responsible for all labour and shipping charges on defective or returned items that are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
It is expressly understood and agreed that all merchandise sold shall remain the property of Azure Pools and Hot Tubs until payment in full is received.
In event of default of payment in full, Azure Pools and Hot Tubs shall reserve the right to retake possession of all unpaid merchandise, by any means provided by law.
All costs incurred by Azure Pools and Hot Tubs for the collection of debt or repossession will be paid by the customer.
